Gaizka Ormazabal Sánchez (Bilbao, 1974) has two doctorates: in Business from the University of Stanford and in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He is assistant professor of Accounting and Control at IESE Business School.
PROJECT
The project aims to highlight that climate change is no longer a moral discussion about the search for the common good, but a reality with a measurable economic and financial impact.
His study will focus on the increased concerns in this area among institutional investors in large listed companies, particularly since the agreements adopted at the Paris Summit that suggest companies will in the future be obliged to assume the costs generated by carbon emissions.
